Worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had. Was originally given a date my comforters would be ready for pickup however they were not on site until the next day. Then I made a special trip to pick them up on Saturday because the days posted on their door as well as website indicates they are open from 9a-1p but sign indicated “closed” at 10am and 11am. Way too expensive, doesn't follow typical 24-hour turnaround policy.
We dropped off several suits that needed cleaning. A few suits also needed minor alterations. Colorado mountain cleaners did an excellent job. The suits were tailored correctly and cleaned professionally. The customer service representative at the desk and on the phone were very courteous and friendly. I recommend this company to anyone with a busy schedule!
