Second guess this place. Originally started out really good. But, as time went on things went downhill fast. Brought my kawi in for a shim adjustment and it turned out awesome. Had a couple of tires put on the bike and they turned out great. When they moved from lone tree to Ruby Hill, things went seriously downhill fast . Had the rear brake completely lock up on me within a half hour after putting brakes on it. Had them rebuild the carburetor, 2 months later the float bowl started leaking. Went to get value shims put in for... read more

I stopped by the shop to see about getting a diagnostic on my clutch, and the lady at the front desk conveyed her surprise that I came by without an appointment. When I asked “you need an appointment to come here?” She responded “I’m pretty sure every motorcycle shop requires one.” I guess the extent of her knowledge doesn’t reach very far since there is another shop 4 blocks away that said they don’t even do appointments. Also, I got a flat tire because of a massive chunk of metal in this place’s parking lot when leaving. W... read more

Well its been over 3 months just to have my initial service done for a new bike. The service itself went fine, but the dash of my bike still shows I need to bring it in for service because they dont have the tool to clear the computer. I told them the make and year of the bike before coming in and was told they could do it. After picking up the bike, they told me they would order the new tool and call me in a couple weeks. A month later, I had to call and ask when they were going to finish the job. They told me the tool was ... read more

I was passing through Denver on my trip from east coast. I called and asked the shop if they could squeeze me in to mount and balance a rear tire I had with me, same day - No Problem. I went to the shop, and as I was trying to loosen my rear nut; eventually standing on my wrench - the aluminum wrench broke off. The guys looked at me, and saw the frustration and exhaustion on my face. The owner walked over and said - "Don't worry about, let me take care of you. Come back in a few hours." I took a cab downtown and did my laund... read more

got written estimate for work on my bike but waited 5 months to get backordered parts before dropping it off..... after dropping off at shop and paying $465 deposit a week later was told labor would be 3x that of prior written estimate. Seems they were busy as riding season approved and simply felt such an 300% was reasonable especially since they already had my bike. No way I trusted them at this point and felt there would be no telling what the final bill would be, so picked it up and dropped at other shop. recommend you g... read more
