A Shit show based in 70s 80s 90s technology Underpaid and constantly upset employees that don’t care about nothing. No communication. Inability to load trucks correctly according to weight requirements. Just load the trucks and get the money.
Incredibly frustrating experience with Colorado Material. The plant is poorly managed, and the loaders are extremely unprofessional. They consistently load whatever they want, regardless of specific requests or requirements, leading to numerous issues on my end. The staff’s rudeness is beyond tolerable; they make every visit unpleasant with their dismissive and disrespectful attitudes.
