Unacceptable that this location is permanently closed. With no real signage and Google location indicates open. Finally got to the location at 1351 5th St at 1:30 which SHOULD be open (according to lottery website) but stood here until 2 because they had a holiday party. PUT A SIGN on the door! We then had to wait in line. Process was ridiculous.
