Same experience as Diamond Martinez. I called this place over 20 times throughout the day. email stated they opened at 8:30.Answering sevice said would be open at 1230.No one answered the phone until after 2. i thought I had hope, but this lady crushed it.. Oh and their contact email doesn't work, messages fail or declined.

The qualifying Lady did a phone interview and was condescending and had background issues going on, I understand working from home but I felt like she was distracted but annoyed with my answers. I didn't feel heard. When you contact places like this you're already in an emotional state it doesn't help when you feel like you're being judged and dismissed.

When you call listen to the ☎️ recording and it will tell you which legal areas you can find help. Like anything that’s free or low cost- it takes time to get service, but you are not ignored. It’s just that ATTORNEYS are working on your behalf and there’s a line waiting for them!! I’ve been working with them for the last two years and even though I’ve had to wait, the results have been fruitful. You must be persistent, and patient! The telephone wait times were such that it was much easier for me to just go into the office and wait in the waiting room for a paralegal interview. The individual doing the intake interview was spectacular as well as the reception desk handling my forms. Thank you to them for processing me so quickly once I got into the office.

I will be forever grateful for these people. I had been attempting to get a divorce for over 20 years. They helped me finally get granted my divorce. Thank you for giving me my life back.
