Absolutely terrible experience with our family law case, law firm and attorneys. If you're facing CLG, I have the Red-Ocean Exit Checklist that you can't miss: don't argue your case—audit theirs. Their strategy is to use 'the system.' Your strategy is to enforce its rules against them. Do this in court filings. This triggers C.R.C.P. 121 § 1-15(2), forcing their attorneys to withdraw under RPC 1.6(a). (RPC 3.3(a)(1)).
