Kali Roundy and the CO Legal Group was the worst possible representation. Most of what you pay for is repackaging of information you already provided, their billable internal collaboration which you have no control over, and yet she repeatedly was wrong and misinformed on extremely salient key facts of my case, even after I communicated them and provided evidence repeatedly. I called on advise over a phone call about a credit card dept from 20 years ago and Sam was very helpful in rasureing me that it was a probable scam, explained things as to a debt collector would go about contacting me, she also researched the # that had called me and informed me of numerous other complaints pertaining to the number. She was ausome help and set my mind at ease with her great help and information. I will recommend calling this office to anyone. Thank you sooo much Sam.
