Best experience I have had at a Laundromat. I will be coming back!
I haven’t been in for a few months. I normally only need it when I’m doing back to back doubles at work, and need uniforms. They are wonderful, I drop my clothes off and they are either folded or on hangers waiting for me the next night. I give her an ETA on when she can expect me to pick them up and she lets me know what the expected total due will be.
Hadn't been to a Laundromat in awhile, good machine's and environment. Customer service is exemplary thanks
On Fri, Sep 16, 2022: 1 out of 5. And they deserve a 0. Less than an hour ago, I left a bag of laundry there by mistake, called to say I was coming to get it, and the representative answered. I explained that I was swinging by but wanted to give em a heads up. But was very polite. Representatives then got real quiet most likely because they didn't wanna admit something may have happened or didn't want to communicate with their customer. Ridiculous. Even if they disagree.
