I originally tried to junk my car through D & A towing and got stood up for 6 hours. Called this place instead, instantly got a time set up and they showed up at the beginning of their appointment time and gave me a heads up call before they came. Super professional and easy, would absolutely recommend this company to anyone that needs to get rid of an old car.
We offer this company a zero out of 5 stars!!! We were given a rate for the purchase of our vehicle and when they showed up, they tried to pull a fast one on us and offer a third less than what we had a written agreement for already. All information about the vehicle was disclosed which included hail damage on their questionnaire and further insult to injury, we were told because it had an after market catalytic converter they could not take it for the amount already agreed upon. Not worth it. They quoted us for one offer of $500 and then when they came to get the car gave us an offer of $400 a completely different price. I just wish they would have gave me the first offer and if your plan was not to give me that offer then don't give me an offer at all until you come and see my vehicle. Very disappointed
offered me a fair amount...then dropped it about 50% when they showed up for a little cut in the plastic bumper.... and an out of state title.. They need to add that to their online quote... very disappointing....
I'll start this off by saying the people I talked to on the phone in the office were very helpful & they deserve 5 stars. The reason I'm giving 4 is because the driver they sent me doesn't even deserve 1. I submitted an online quote this morning (2/12/24) on the CJC website with multiple pictures of my 2005 Ford escape. It does have some front end damage and doesn't have a bumper.
