Fool Me Once, Shame on You. Fool Me Twice… Shame on Me. I’m not sure what’s going on with the Larry H. Miller Aurora Jeep Service Department, but after giving them a second chance, I’ve learned my lesson — never again. Please, do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere else. Absolutely terrible dealership. They never answer the phone when you call, no matter what time or how many times you try. My Jeep was there over 4½ weeks, and the same day I picked it up, the check engine light came right back on — yet they’re still trying to make me pay again even though the issue was never fixed. I have 42 pages of unresolved repairs, and the mechanics clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve already reported them to the BBB and Jeep corporate. Do not take your car here.
They didn't reset the oil change light. And it took them 4 hours to finish an oil change.
