Patrick was a great rep
This place was dishonest. I left my Jeep there for a week during July 2023, it had 3/4 tank gas. I had a funny sense about leaving it there. One of them, the staff there, took my jeep home, they must have or drove it around, put mileage on it, and used 1/2 tank of gas. That was BOTH UNETHICAL and dishonest. They can do a good mechanical job, but I don't trust the duplicitousness of the staff now as they are not accountable. OK service, but very bad to non-existent customer support. I contacted them regarding a recall issue three months ago, still no fix, no updates, complete stonewalling if you call them (no one picks up) and leave a voicemail, or send them a message, or an e-mail. Emails listed on wltheir website get returned with "user not found" error. The only way to contact them is to drive up and ask your question -- this is for the very expensive car this dealership sold a year ago -- unacceptable.
My 2021 Jeep Gladiator needed towed to a dealership, I called ahead and was told to bring it into the Havana dealership. When I arrived with the vehicle, I was told they weren't doing any repairs, and I could not leave my vehicle and if I did it could be months out. Now I'm going to have to tow it to another dealership which is ludicrous, they are costing me money having to tow this thing around to different dealers to have it looked at. The sevice was great even with them running a little behind from deing short on staff. The employee that helped me was friendly and helpful and did not rush with me. I bring my Jeep here because I got 5 star service from Kristen getting my Jeep.
