I had to go in for a repair that I was expecting to be there for a few hours. So, When I arrived I was helped by Stephanie. She was so delightful and present. She heard my concern and once I was checked, she was all over it! You know how you check in and you get the fake greeting and lethargic attitude, like at Honda or bmw, NOT HERE!
