They are great. They always answer the phone and are quick to help. They do a great job of keeping me up to date on all of our personal and business insurance. They let me know if better options become available and do a comprehensive look at all of our insurance annually. They feel like a family owned business with their customer service but are very thorough and professional. I have been with them through their merger with one digital and the customer service has remained excellent.

I could not be happier with the service she has provided! She is incredibly knowledgeable and always super responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend Erin at Security First!
Security First is handling all my policies, they have done a great job keeping up with renews but overall I think they have been able to provide a good price, I compared them to other agencies and I was satisfy with their cost
