Sends scam like text and when you call the service desk person says you must provide personal info to validate an account. When I asked for the billing or IT dept email so I could share a screenshot of the text, they responded "we only use fax no email" but they will mail me a statement. When I asked for him to validate my address it was meet with yet another scetchy response.
You sent me to collections for a 34.62 bill that I never received. This bill is from 2021! I paid everything I owed. You guys are horrible 👎🏻
Harassing my phone with messages for me to call them... over bills I paid! Wow. Great company. How can I trust you guys with my "images" if you are this bad at the billing???
One of the shadiest companies I have ever dealt with. I did not receive any bill, but was sent to collections. Companies like this are part of the reason this country has a terrible healthcare system, all about profit and zero compassion or care, as long as they get paid.
I received a sketchy text message from a debt collector that I owed a balance from this office. I called the office number from this Google listing and connected with the billing department. Ann was helpful but couldn’t really help my situation. Apparently I am being billed for $24 for a visit from December 30, 2022…. I’ve never been to their location, she says it was from a partnership that they have with an office I visited on that day.
