Performed a biopsy ON THE WRONG SIDE! No doctor supervision. The PA seemed incompetent and obviously was because she biopsied the wrong area and results came back as benign even though there was cancer.
I got a bill from them. I paid it. Now they’re calling me saying I need to pay the bill. Logged in and sure enough, I still owe money I already paid. I have a receipt and my card was charged. Terrible company.
They do radiology for a number of hospitals in Colorado. They will not tell you this, they will just send you a bill that looks like a scam and then send you to collections. They are impossible to reach, so I ended up filing it with BBB and then they responded next day. I would recommend just going straight to BBB, seems to be the only way to get a hold of them!
Is there anything less than one star? No contact. Just a bill of which I have no record sent to collections. How ironic this company has such a poor image.
We haven't lived in the USA for many years and have never used their services, but they had a finance company contact us to collect a bill. Looks like a total fraud!!!!
