Fix what they installed correctly
We needed some service work done on our wood stove. 2 messages over 4 days and no return call. I don't want to do business was with someone like that.
Please don't confuse with Colorado Hearth and Home. We've had great service from Colorado Home and Hearth and have used them a couple of times over the years. They don't upsell. They just fix the problem. I don't remember any trip charge.
Tammy, Was rude to my wife...they serviced our gas fireplace charged $110.00 trip charge local company.. One week later fireplace doesn't work. Called and asked for a solution Tammy stated after they serviced and cleaned both units and $391.00 that they would charge another trip charge (110.00) and parts again. My wife stated that the 110.00 trip charge should be waved and Tammy stated that the unit were old and nasty? How could they be after they if they were just cleaned and serviced by Colorado Home & Hearth. Derek Sharpe
