Everyone at Colorado Hearth & Home were friendly and knowledgeable. They immediately knew exactly what we needed to hang our mantle on our brick hearth. In less than a week they called to let us know that our custom new french cleat was ready. We were very pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed when we went to pick it up and they told us no charge. We highly recommend them for all of your hearth & home needs and wants.

This company is a scam. I ordered $5500 worth of fire pits and they never sent them charge my card and will not answer their phone. This is an online scam business.
I’m pretty sure this place is a scam! We ordered burners several weeks ago have not received the burners nor any kind of confirmation for our order. Our card has already been charged thousands$$$. No one will return our emails, text messages, or voicemails.
Can't get a reply by phone or email, thinking about canceling order and buying else where.
