Ordered back in May 2026 and received notice of 6 week back order. Have not heard anything since. Are you still in business? I have called and emailed with no response.
Great store
This place is absolutely awful. They took aproximately 20+ weeks to send me two fire pits only for them to arrive defective. I now need to replace the stone caps and after they made themselves reponsible for the cost of the repairs, no one answers the phone. On top of it all, the burner components of the fire pits were "shipped" separately but are nowhere to be found to date. Do not buy from this place.
We bought an insert and installed a new gas fireplace in our bedroom and was happy with the shipping time and communication. We recommend them to my son who does flips and they were happy also.
Worked with David and Kelly who helped me with a tour of the facility and gave me great tips on which pellet smoker brand to research. I highly recommend the professional customer service of Colorado Hearth & Home!
