This place is absolutely awful. They took aproximately 20+ weeks to send me two fire pits only for them to arrive defective. I now need to replace the stone caps and after they made themselves reponsible for the cost of the repairs, no one answers the phone. On top of it all, the burner components of the fire pits were "shipped" separately but are nowhere to be found to date. Do not buy from this place.

We bought an insert and installed a new gas fireplace in our bedroom and was happy with the shipping time and communication. We recommend them to my son who does flips and they were happy also.

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Colorado Hearth & Home. I purchased fire/water bowls on 5/19/25 and was told 8–12 weeks. That was later changed to 12–16 weeks without proactive communication of the change, and I remained patient. I followed up repeatedly, and communication was consistently poor. I was eventually told the order shipped the week of 9/29 and that I would receive tracking. No tracking was ever sent. I have made over a dozen attempts to get an update.
