I booked a course online, and closer to the date of the course I reached out to confirm the details over the email that’s listed on the website. No reply for two weeks, so I called them. Over the phone they told me they don’t offer that course and politely offered a refund. It’s been over a month and I still didn’t get the refund. Sounds like a scam.

Was looking forward to setting up a 1:1 training class as advertised on their website. Filled out the form on their website, did not hear back. Called and left a message, no call back. Called again, and was told that it was too cold (it was during winter), and to try again in a couple months. Fair enough. Fast forward to summer, tried filling out the form, but did not hear back. Bill was a great instructor. Very informative. I really learned a lot from this class. I am also glad I got in before the law changes to require an 8 hour class!

People should be aware that this course contains a sales pitch for their legal defense company which sounds like a multilevel. That pitch added about an hour to the length of the class. The second part of the class describing the parts of a firearm and safe handling procedures was gone over very fast and in a perfunctory manner. I would consider this to be a very basic class and I hope people go beyond it and get hands-on firearm training as I have done previously. Great class and true professionals. Went out of their way to help me obtain a copy six years later after I took the course. I would definitely suggest these guys, they definitely know their business. Thanks again.
