This review has nothing to do with the doctor (he was very helpful) and everything to do with the poor overall customer service from the front desk. Getting assistance or being able to speak with them is almost impossible. Even showing up at the office is not sufficient to get basic help. The doctors deserve better help - their administrative team is a disappointment and makes the entire practice seem disorganized and poorly run
