Amy Houlihan is a master acupuncturist. The 5 Element method involves the whole body, heart and spirit. I feel totally connected to me after my sessions with Amy.
Amy is incredibly kind. She listens to you and your needs and responds from a place of compassion. Plus, speaking as someone who's struggled with needle phobia for most of my life, she manages to make it both not scary and FUN! We laugh a lot, which is very helpful! She's also very willing to explain and educate you, which is great as it helps allay fears, too. The treatments themselves definitely help! Even just in the short while I've been going. Highly recommended!
