RecommendedWe bought a Quadra fire pellet stove from Colorado fireside and they had excellent customer service from Ryan and Scott. We had an issue with our stove and Scott was gracious enough to send someone out the same day to fix the problem which happened to be the chimney not the stove itself. I would recommend call Rado fireside for any of your healing needs. My parents have used them for the last 19 or so years and have had nothing but excellent service from them.
Dorothy and I decided to end our 45 plus years of supplementing our home heat with wood and coal. We decided to explore replacing our multifuel stove wit a propane one so we explored several markets in person and online. We have purchased two stoves from Colorado Fireside. The first was a pellet stove. We loved it and they did an amazing job installing and servicing. We recently moved and bought a gas stove. We love it even more. It’s beautiful. The staff at Colorado Fireside is knowledgeable and professional. Joshua Sanders did the install. He was a true professional and knows what he’s doing. I would highly recommend Colorado Fireside. There sales staff and installers are top notch!!
