These guys are a joke, terrible professionalism and communication. After completion of our project we had some minor issues that we would have liked to have fixed or cleaned up. Junior said that he would be out and spend all day if needed. Of course he did not show up or call. After several in answered messages and calls we did finally hear back with an offer of a discount which we doubted would happen and of course it has ******* away - far far away..
