DOWNRIGHT CRIMINAL! This company has lied to many contractors in the past about returns and store credits. Beware, they are unorganized and dishonest. Especially the ownership. So many other places to get supplies that are honest and upstanding. Also Better pricing found at other suppliers around the state.

I was disappointed with what should be an easy, inexpensive return policy for Lutron lighting dimmer, standard in stock inventory. I was not permitted a $50 return, sadly. I don’t have any such issue with Home Depot or Amazon. Funny how that works
