TERRIBLE DECISION on the part of the groomer! The first two times that we brought Jacki, our German Shepherd were good. I normally dropped her off, but this time my husband dropped her off, and when he came home, he told me that he was told she was running 45 minutes late and I asked him ——-what did you do did you just leave her there? Very unprofessional and rude staff. Owner is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Hands down our favorite groomers in the area! We started off with Erin and she was wonderful. When she moved, Lauren began taking care of Zeus and he absolutely loves her! She has done an incredible job!
