I tried booking an appointment and had something come up so I requested to reschedule more than 48hrs in advance to avoid the cancelation fee of $50. They replied that now they needed a deposit of $100 to reschedule, which confused me because that was not mentioned in their emails or the website. They replied stating this is my second reschedule within a year and according to their new patient policy, they require $100 deposit. I checked the website everywhere to see this "new patient policy" and it was no where to be found.... read more
