I love this place, they have a friendly knowledgeable & helpful staff. I have an e-bike & an acoustic bike both of which I have had serviced there. I have always been perfectly happy with the work they have done. I recently had a tune up on my one year old e-bike & it felt like I got a brand new bike back! This is my second 5 star review. I absolutely recommend Cycle Dynamics to everyone with a bike.
Poor experience with this place. I bought a new, full suspension $1800 youth mountain bike here as a birthday present for one of my children. Given the COVID bike scarcity this was the only shop in a 50 mile radius that had the model we were looking for and we had to drive 25 miles to the shop to pick it up. Upon checking out I noticed that one of the cranks had scratches on it.
