Awful service came out for a quote and never had the courtesy to get back to us- rude just have the courtesy to let people know if you don’t have the skill set to complete the job- big thumbs down

They must hate making money because their customer service is horrible. My wife and I have called them and scheduled someone to come out and provide and estimate for the work 3 times now. That's 3 times my wife took off time from work to be home waiting for someone who never showed, and did not respond to her calls prior-to, during, or after they failed to show. Don't waste your time with Colorado Custom Glass.
Terrible customer service! I have been trying to get some replacement parts for a shower door that was installed by this company since early March. I have spoken with Leonard multiple times and texted pictures of what was needed. He advised he would take care if it each time and would come out to install everything. After the 3rd call, I asked if he would at least just order what was needed and I would pick it up myself. Still nothing. I would not do business with this company.
