Excellent customer service! Every person I've encountered at this branch has been more than friendly and helpful. I forgot her name, but the teller that favors 1950s pickups is a gem. Unfortunately, I'm disgruntled with both online banking and the app. They have delays, and they don't give a true balance amount (which has forced me into the old-fashioned way of using a checkbook), it freezes or is under maintenance quite often, transactions don't show up for days, transactions will be misdated.If these issues continue throug... read more
I called over 15 times in one day and still no answer, they also tried to charge me for a payment that I already paid for, terrible customer service, definitely going to make a complaint afterwards. Don’t come or call here!!!!
