Had a great experience today opening a new account. Tina was amazing and very helpful, answering all my questions and helping me pick out the right account that was ideal for me. I will definitely be recommending this bank to everyone I know!
Tina, as is all staff, is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficiently processed my request. She demonstrated an interest in me as a person and a member of the credit union. In comparison with other banks this credit union has the best benefits that meets my needs.
They are running a scam on me. Paid my first payment two months early and they haven’t even credited my account. Won’t let me shop for insurance. Can’t get anyone on the line, all day long they scamming. Can’t access my payment history on my online account. They steal, the dealer already got a down payment, my nice paid for trade that I had the title for. This has to be the worst financial institution around. Awful service, hidden fees, disorganized, unproffessional staff. One terrible experience after another. All of the staff needs some serious training and coaching. This credit union is an absolute joke.
My son and I had a wonderful experience here over the weekend. He opened a few new accounts and we dealt with Janine who was super friendly & helpful. I had my auto loan here for years and didn't interact with them too often as I made my payment each month online or in the drive up but we found the staff efficient, knowledgeable and everyone had smiles. Super busy & they were taking care of every customer very quickly.
