So excited to hear the wicked witch is gone! Tracy was by far the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever encountered. Hopefully American Heart Association caught wind of her degrading remarks, lack of professionalism and personality flaws. Tracy should never have been in a customer service position. As an instructor Trainer for over 35 years I for one am thrilled this Center and Tracy are out of business.
I have never felt more supported and prepared to teach my courses! Tracy has been so pleasant to work with, for the past 8 years!
The worst customer experience I've had in awhile. I can't believe they treat healthcare professionals this way. I do not recommend them and I'm sorry that I chose to do business with them. There are PLENTY of other wonderful accred. certification organizations to choose from that are more professional. My experience explains the LOW rating.
Had a CPR class here last night and it was by far the absolute WORST experience I have ever had!! Amy Walman was great, sweet and compassionate. On the other hand Tracy was awful! Terrible customer service, rude, and intimidating to the students. She is on some kind of power trip and feels the need to prove everyone wrong! This class started at 17:30 and I didn't leave there until 22:30!!! Ridiculous!! I also believe she has a problem with Latino people as she only singled out two of us!! Great experience! Very easy to sign up, lots of choices for times, AND they included the book. Most others I found did not.
