the elder lady that works here is very rude. i had called the other day with a simple question and she replied with “go on the website and figure it out” then i proceeded to go to the office and she was still very very rude. if people are going to do their job they should just simply be kind. it’s free to be kind to others.
Erica Kollaja the Tax Assessor Collector, was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Diane and the rest of the office seem very kind.
