called in last friday- explained i probably needed a specific part replaced on my water heater- was told they would call me back after they checked price of the part in warehouse.. never recieved a call back- today is 6 days later.. apparently wasnt improtant enough for them to return my call.. happy customers are repeat customers.. in this case if they dont return calls properly it just wastes everyones time and didnt get the problem fixed.
