Reliable Dealer The owner (Jim) is very knowledgeable and fair. He tends to be very occupied at times. Simply pushing the button to the left of the door, will allow access to customers. This shop accepts gold and silver jewelry as well. Although the shop appears to be small, The inventory is larger than average. Despite a reasonable wait time, full attention is given to each patron which visits.
Bad Service? No Service! Go somewhere else. This guy is to busy on the phone to even open the door. I am taking my $1k so another local shop or on line. I would give this shop 0 stars if I could.
Warm Friendly Service The owner is (when not extremely busy) to discuss precious metals and the method of buying.
