Be advised - reviews prior to this date refer to the previous owner! (We miss you Greg!) Everything has changed at Colorado Cleaners and its all changed for the worse! I would have left a ZERO star rating but citysearch does not allow for a ZERO rating. A year - year and a half ago, this WAS the place to take your dry cleaning. Today - NOT at ALL the case! Poor service – I just picked up some drycleaning and it cost twice as much as they said it would. The girl that I dropped off with didn't even come out from the back to tell me she had lied to my face. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Total BS – Counted out shirts with register jockey. Upo pickup, he stated "we" made a mistake counting. When confronted about the missing shirt, he blew me off, gave me the runaround, and never returned calls or made any effort to correct the situation. He claimed he "was not avoiding repsonsibility" and "would make it right". NOT!!! If you want it in the cheap, they're fine, but dont expect a whole lot of integrity....you get what you pay for!
Best Dry Cleaner in Denver! – I have been looking for a good reliable dry cleaner since I moved here 4 years ago. This is the best dry cleaner I have found! Very friendly and great cleaners.
