Online payments are quick and easy. When I do need to speak with someone they're quick to settle any issues or problems I have. When I needed a new lock for my unit they sent someone to cut the old lock off and brought a new one. It was great because I was handling my mother's funeral at the time and I was relieved that someone was able to help during that difficult time.
I like they way they take care there facility it’s always clean and mowed. Everything is well protected.
They have been very good to work with! I have only had positive interactions with them. Highly recommend!
easy to get a storage unit, the payment process is simple, and this location is conveniently pleasant.
Overall good experience so far. Location is great. Love the perimeter fence and automated gate. Prices are very reasonable and staff is helpful. Love the online payment system, very convenient. Only negative I have is the storage room was filthy dirty. Cobwebs and thick dust everywhere. I figured it would have been swept out prior to me receiving it since upon my return back I'm supposed to sweep clean the room. But overall positive.
