Booked them to clean my condo, told them how big it was, even including the square footage of the entire condo, to include non-carpeted square footage. Their tech comes, quotes me almost double what they quoted me initially, and when I question why it is, he immediately becomes argumentative and leaves, yanking out his equipment, damaging the trim in my condo. So not only did they lose their own money, they are costing me in repairs and still leaving me without clean carpets. Use at your own risk.
