Dr. jones and the entire practice seem perfectly created for their roles. The nicest, most competent medical practice we use. Love them!
Even though the dentists are good I would never recommend this place. I've been going there for years, and always just routine cleaning and checkups. My insurance covers everything and I trusted the office to keep tracking what was needed to be done. This time I got a bill so I called the office to ask why. Instead of listening to my question, the finance lady yelled at me and told me to stop talking. I never got treated like this in my whole life anywhere else. Dr. Jones has been our kids dentist for over a decade. He is kind and gentle with the kids. Has a wonderful staff and space. 10 out of 10 recommend.
