Need a place to unplug? Look no further. The Chautauqua Cottages are within steps to a multitude of hiking trails- all with breathtaking views of the Flatirons ranging from easy strolls to challenging climbs that will have you thinking, "OMG, what have a I done!" The food in the dining hall was delicious and fairly priced. Ice-cream cones from the General Store after a day of trekking was a treat. Can't wait to visit again!
Pay attention to the cancellation policy before you book. Had planned a one-night stay for the concert on Saturday September 13th. Tried to get refunded so someone else could use the room as the property is sold out. Unfortunate they decided to be inflexible to help some people out, but there you have it. If you need a room for September 13th, call them to help us both out. Ron Carro
Really enjoyed my stay here! I would definitely choose this over a hotel any day. Minor negatives were that, parking can be busy and the dining hall was only ok.
