Front office staff was excellent, but real concerns arise as I spoke with Dr. Arends His interpretation of my 3 month old EMG was bogus, basically accusing that doctor of falsely recording a test. Dr. Arends chose to ignore a order for a cervical injection from one of his colleagues because his buddy didn’t do a EMG. Dr Arends chose to ignore his oath to provide treatment to a patient, citing that too many doctors information was clouding his judgement, so he referred me to two more. Take this man’s license away
