We have used this service for both of our children a number of years apart. Both times we experienced absolutely insane waitlists. It’s really appalling how children are to receive diagnosis and care when they have to wait 6 mos to a year or more to be seen, but I suppose it is what it is. However, their billing is incredibly predatory. There is no clarity for how clients are billed, no way to substantiate hours spent, and what’s worse they will bill your card on file at will. Awful experience on every account. Run. Find somewhere else. Apparently they have been having extremely high turnover rate with their staff and it really shows.
If I could rate CO CAC a 0 I would do it. They don't care about helping a child only about the money they get from it. They stated CHP+ does not pay for their intake/assessments but it's a lie. I talked to CHP+ and they do pay for it. They paid for the intake. However, CO CAC denied my daughter going through the assessment after we waited 8 months just to go through the intake. They wouldn't even request a pre-authorization approval from CHP+ for the assessment because they SPECULATED it wouldn't be approved. Don't waste you... read more

I went here for testing. I sat for a few different sessions. I THOUGHT I was being tested by an active licensed doctor. I recently read over the report again. Turns out, I was tested by an INTERN STUDENT... not an actual doctor. I don't recommend this place, or at least make sure you're given a QUALIFIED professional not a STUDENT.
