The front desk and call center at the Broomfield location is on substances shopping at dispensary on company hours I feel like this should be looked into!!!! Is management not concerned what they're doing on company hours?
Doctors are great but the front desk is almost impossible to work with. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone to speak with and the front desk is almost rude every single time. I guess the customers are an inconvenience to Rowen. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.
Dr. Moinuddin is the most compassionate and helpful doctor that I have ever experienced, and I am 56 yrs old. I needed a rheumatolgist for a skin condition. I was scared and worried and he made me feel so comfortable and I truly believe he cares about my well being. His staff is helpful, friendly and responsive. He has made my condition so easy to manage and I wish all doctors could be more like him. I have never offered a review about anyone in the medical industry but Dr. Shiraz Moinuddin is exceptional. He cares.
