Have seen Dr. Lutt twice, so far. The office and medical staff are friendly and kind. Dr. Lutt was recommended to me by a well known expert in the field of Osteoporosis. I am very pleased with Dr. Lutt's expertise. In addition, he is professional, caring, listens to my concerns and answers all my questions.

I found the office staff to be very friendly and kind. The provider was knowledgable, listened to our questions and was willing to be flexible with my mother who has Alzehimer's. The provider was up to date on current treatments and made very reasonable recommendations.

This is one of the worst clinics I've been to. The office isn't very accessible or easy to find. The bathroom was behind the nurses desks, wouldn't lock and I had to keep it from opening on me all while I'm trying to do a urine sample. Before he left he refused to prescribe a life saving class of medication and said to me ‘I’m not a vending machine’. I am a patient with a rare inflammatory illness caused by an allergic reaction to an ear piercing (see before and after images below). This nasty remark and compassionless behavior was in response to my earnest and repeated request for a medication called Humira - a class of anti-inflammatory medications ... read more

It is very difficult to get an appointment here. I went to the Boulder office. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The nurse or MA that roomed me was also friendly. I wish I could say the same about the Doctor I saw but alas that was not the experience I had. The Dr I saw was unhelpful and condescending. He mansplained basic things to me. So frustrating . My overall impression from him was that if you are a patient with a complicated medical history he is unable or unwilling to help. I would never ... read more
