I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr Robert Schreiner and he was fabulous. He was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. Even when I spilled my coffee in the exam room (to my horror) he made a couple jokes. The front desk was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Schreiner. Ps. He is very handsome too.

The medical care from Dr. Daniel P Erhardt I recieved was extremely traumatizing. I experienced medical neglect in the care of Dr. Daniel P Erhardt fueled by racist, fatphobic, and sexist ideology. I have been experiencing chronic autoumminue flare ups for 7 years for him to tell me he thinks my abnormal test results are actually normal and that it is a psychsomatic concern. Now they've changed to EPIC so there is another place to communicate and no one seems to read those messages. Incredibly disappointing experiences and only gettin... read more

I only give a star because I like my doctor. That being said, the front office wasn’t great when I started a couple years ago, but they were professional. Now, the front office is lackadaisical, non professional, and no one is answering the phone or returning messages. I need to see my doctor and am considering going elsewhere. If you are seeking an arthritis doctor who also specializes in osteoporosis and rheumatoid autoimmune diseases, DO NOT go here. You will be treated poorly by staff and no one will answer the phone. It... read more
