Dr Perkins really listens to you and explains treatment plans in ways you understand
Although the Dr and nurses are very good. The front desk, communication and portal is a shambles! No one seems to know what’s going on or how to fix anything. The front desk give you a number for their IT department which is never answered.
Ok I'm not sure what is going on with this place the last 3 appointments that I scheduled I showed up to my appointment and the office is closed, like not on lunch or out of the office but totally closed. They sent me no emails or text messages saying the appointment was cancelled. No phone call nothing. This time there was at least a lady there to open the door and had no clue...this is really upsetting you guys can't be doing this to people I don't know what to do I might have to find a different office.
