They are very caring. They listen to you and know what you need. I chose Family Health West because of their Physical Therapy and Rehab Program
Best ot and pt therapist, have been thru many therapist with each surgery, always choose Fruita for PT, knowledgeable, caring, exceptional and amazing team to work with, that’s the reason they are booked . Call early to get on schedule as soon as you plan your surgeries— shoulder, hands and knees!
. Food is good you get plenty. They treat you.like a number . Never taught me how to transfer from the wheel chair to the toilet on my own. Or how to get up and down. They never give you hope. Rather put you in a nursing home and they do tell you about nursing homes that are in the area. Wonder how much they make doing that with a local nursing home? .. And they tried after 5 days out from surgery while I was on super pain killers to remove the catheter. Ended up with a urinary infection. And bowels that had not moved for 6 ... read more

The intake/front desk personnel are amazing. The physical therapists that have worked with me have been knowledgeable and strive to get me back to a better me. Thank you everyone for all you do. Simply amazing crew!
