I was completely ignored requesting a quote for a service listed on their website. I initially called asking for a quote and was told to submit an inquiry via their web form (even though their website says “DO NOT SUBMIT A FORM TO GET A QUOTE”). I submitted the web form three times over three weeks and heard nothing. I tried calling again, left a voicemail, but my call was never returned. Disappointing.
Very poor service. I called to make reservations and was asked to call back in an hour. I did so and was no answer left a message and a text as well as booked in line. They didn’t have the courtesy to contact me either way if they couldn’t or wouldn’t provide a ride that I needed.
We used these guys for two extremely early reservations, 5am and 6:50am, both times they were there with no issues.
