Colorado Building and Construction remodeled our basement in our 65-year-old house in Denver. Their work and craftsmanship was absolutely top-notch. Everything was gutted out down to the concrete walls and floor, including old drains under the floor) and replaced with high-end cabinets, woodwork, framing, windows, plumbing (including new bathroom), electrical, structural repairs, and flooring, with many special custom features. Nathan and Charlie helped us out of a very horrible situation when another contractor had basically bailed on our project halfway through. They got things rolling and completed the work in a few months. It is very difficult to come into a project halfway through but they were able to shift and accommidate when needed. The price was fair and the communication was generally pretty good throughout. The addition is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!
We worked with Colorado Building & Construction to do our kitchen and main floor remodel. Nathan and his team did an outstanding job on our project. We look forward to working on future projects with them. Highly recommended!!
We have used Colorado Building and Construction to remodel a master bath shower and counter top. We are very happy with the outcome. Charlie and Tyler worked well together, being respectful of our home by prepping with paper on the floor, and cleaning up as they went from day to day. They have done work in a former house and they are the only company we think of to do remodels.
