Nathan and his crew finished on time and on budget. Our new deck looks fantastic. Nathan’s design suggestions were extremely helpful.
Update (5/31/26): We hired Nathan for another project (partial kitchen remodel) and we were extremely pleased with this as well. Similar to the previous deck project, we were very happy with the craftsmanship, communication throughout the process, and ability to meet deadlines and work within our budget. We recently hired Nathan from Colorado Building and Construction on a basement remodel, and overall it was a positive experience. Nathan was professional, easy to communicate with, and kept the project moving at a steady pace. The crew showed up on time and did solid work, turning an unfinished space into a comfortable, functional area. Like most remodels, there were a few minor delays and small cost changes along the way, but nothing unexpected. Overall, I’m happy with how everything turned out and would hire them again!
Nathan Reynolds of Colorado Building and Construction remodeled the main bathroom in my house at the end of 2025. I am so pleased with the end result. Nathan and his project manager Jordan were wonderful to work with. The tile person and plumber did great work. Jordan did all the finish work and the bathroom is awesome. Any issues were handled right away and everyone worked well together even if some things took a bit more time.
