Nathan came out to give a quote, and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Nathan was fantastic to work with, kept everything running smoothly, and completed my project right on time. Outstanding professionalism and service I highly recommend them.

We have a pretty small backyard and honestly weren't sure how much we could do with it. Nathan came out, listened to what we wanted, and gave us some really good ideas for making it feel nicer for having people over. We went with a deck and a custom pergola so I could hang lights, and it turned out great. It feels so much bigger than it did before. Can't thank Nathan enough!
We had Nathan come and repair parts of our deck from a not-so-great deck job. It is a trex deck (or similar) and pieces had shifted after 8 years. Although he told me he would do the best he could in a difficult situation, we are very pleased with the results. Next time we will use him from the start. Customer service is good and they even sent us a thank you card. That’s a lost art today!
This is the second time of us using Colorado Building & Construction and once again they did not disappoint. Another job very well done. We are very happy with the work performed and we would highly recommend Nathan and his company,
