Dropped in from out of town for the 6am gi class, Sean and Terry were extremely welcoming and gave very detailed explanation of the moves + provided correction as we drilled the moves. Definitely recommend for anyone in town, will be back.
Awesome for my child, it teaches her defense for when she needs it. Awesome people, very nice and caring.

I dropped in , it was very welcoming but what caught me most was the incredible instruction. He understands how to get you to visualize and understand the technique. It was a fun time !
