I seen doctor Stephens today as a second opinion. I had a really bad experience with the first surgeon. I went into the appointment very hesitant because during my whole journey every doctor has shown zero care or even respect for me. Doctor Stephen and his PA were great! They actually listened and explained everything to me. Instead of just writing me off he gave me some options on what to do. I can truly respect him for his genuine care. Had surgery and contacted the "oncall" team and NO ONE responded, I am having pain in my right leg that was not there before surgery and can still not get in touch with ANYONE, all they do i send you to voicemail. Wish I had not come here.
