Dr. Kim is an excellent Neurosurgeon. My mom and I have have had a very rough experience with her disease. Dr. Kim has been patient in explaining the what, why and scope of potential outcomes. He has followed up, been supportive and present. I am grateful for his support through some very challenging times. That being said, 2 years ago, I had a negative experience with one of his staff members. Since then I have had 15 to 20 interactions that have been phenomenal. Was told he didn't see any reason why I should be in pain from my CT scan.

Horrible place! Husband and I waited for the doctor to see him for a follow up on a cervical surgery, two hours later still sitting in the lobby. Had to leave no follow up was done. Staff not professional from day one. Always left the door open to the examining room. No privacy. Just horrible all the way around!
