Great Service! – I've been having trouble maintaining my hot tub. The shop I usually buy my chemicals from only wanted me to make my puchase and then leave. I couldn't get any advise on anything. I stopped by Colorado Billiards and Spas on the recomendation of a coworker and found the staff very knowlegable, friendly and helpful. I was dissapointed to find out the other shop was selling me products I didn't need, I was able to save money and get the best water quallity I've ever had since I've owned my spa!

Very poor customer service – We purchased 4 barstools that had to be special ordered. The manager called us on a Friday when they came in. My husband talked to him and said we would pick it up on that Sunday and he asked what time they would be open. The manager said they would be there from 12 - 4. We borrowed a truck and drove 50 miles one way to go pick the barstools up on Sunday. When we got there, the store was not open. There was no sign on the store that said they're closed for Father's day. I called on Monday and ask... read more
