I bought Acura RDX 2020 with Rose and Brigid. Never this happy buy a used car before. They really treated us like a family. Even I feel I texted them almost everyday to make sure the car but Rose never seems annoyed with us. She welcome us every single time. They should get a michelin star for the customer service. Two hours of driving off the lot and my sunroof would not close. (in the rain as well) I called and emailed multiple times over several days and was compltely ghosted just asking for help. LOOK at the reviews folks. I'm not the only one. BAD deal here.
My whole experience was amazing! Rose and her daughter have huge hearts and you can tell they genuinely care about people. They are very knowledgeable and made the entire process extremely smooth. I will highly recommend them for family and friends.
