Mixed feelings but overall, I had a poor experience. My car was in a slight accident with only a few sensor knocked awry. Then the next day my car was broken into and someone tried to steal the car - messing with the ignition. Because of this, we were dealing with two different insurance claims. During the estimates they put the accident as an $86 fix - amazing! Every encounter I had with this shop was great. I had insurance and personal work completed on my vehicle and they made it look just like it should. Excellent communication and regular updates throughout the process were very much appreciated.
ATTENTION: I had the rear upper curve Damage of my car, and Classic Collision initially charged me over $1,000, which was way above my Deductible. For comparison, another shop quoted an average of ~$500 for similar repairs. However, after my insurance company negotiated with them, they reduced the price to ~$800. The repair was done well, but they didn’t notify me about the price adjustment earlier.
