Great experience at Classic. Have worked with Dana a couples times and it’s always a pleasure!
So here’s the deal: I want people to know exactly what went down at Classic Collision on 1801 West Evans because this wasn’t just a little misunderstanding. On Aug. 13th 2025 I walked in there as a Black customer expecting decent service, and what I got was a manager name Dana who was not only rude and dismissive, but straight-up racist in his attitude. They went above and beyond fixing my car! I gave them a dusty, neglected thing and got back what felt like a shiny new car. The expected turnaround time was two weeks but everything was done in only a couple days. Dana was so kind and helpful in explaining everything that needed to be fixed and what to expect throughout the process. I work weird hours and Dana was super flexible in helping find the best time for me to pickup my car in order for me to get out of my rental sooner rather than later. I appreciate y'all's work!
