Horrible experience – Awful customer service. They took almost six weeks to fix the car that they said would take a week. No phone calls for updates from them. They called once to add onto the quote for a new wheel. Car had already been driven 750 miles on way back to CO after accident out of state. After original quote, they called to add a new back wheel. Very good front office and service! – Had a great experience. It was my first time doing any sort of body work for a car, and naturally, being self-funded, the stress-level was a bit high. Nevertheless, Matt, Dave, and Judy (or Julie?) in the front office gave me the best experience I could have hoped for. GREAT SERVICE FOUND AT COLORADO AUTO BODY! – I would like to thank Colorado Auto Body for the work completed on my Acura. It is not easy to work these repairs into a busy lifestyle. I was very pleased! Colorado Auto Body made it easy for me to get my car repaired - including the inspection and estimate, arranging a rental car, and working directly with my insurance company. And, very significantly, they kept me informed by phone about the status and timing of the repairs.
